Minister Osinachi was a great woman of God. Her songs are timeless. They were not just songs. They were sounds, they were intercessions to God. I have tried practising her songs to replicate during service but to no success.
One song that never saw the light of day was Minister Osinachi’s Ekueme ( I hope i spelt it right). We couldn’t crack that song because of many reasons. That woman was a dynamite.
Ow Osinachi was a Woman of God. I think her songs could only be listened to…they couldn’t be replicated at all. The tongues were heavy, the scriptures l, the intercessory… Everything. Her songs are the kind to make you pray, nothing less.
The News that Broke the Internet
Years later, her story will go viral that she was in an abusive marriage and her husband killed her. I grieved a woman I hadn’t met or interacted with at a personal level. It hurt . I grieved for her ministry, I grieved for her children even more.
Yesterday, the husband’s fate was sealed. He was sentenced to death by hanging. Two lives, two parents of the the same kids. Kids who I don’t know if they will ever heal from the trauma they’ve lived. Kids who were forced by their dad to beat their mother ( grapevine).
So What is Biblical Submission
Her church knew she was in an abusive marriage. They told her to pray. God will change her situation one day. God hates divorce. She stayed and death did really put them asunder. For was cause though? To be called a strong woman? To be called a woman of faith? To give testimony to younger brides? Mimi I don’t understand.
I really do not know how far submission goes. How far is too far when it comes to submission honestly.
The woman didn’t even have access to the royalties she got from her music. The husband led with an iron rod. She smiled to the cameras. The more the abuse came, the more powerful her songs.she was separated for her family and community. There were even rumours that the guy was using JuJu to make her stay. I don’t know about that but I know there are those that stay without any Voodoo being used.
My heart goes out to these children. May God heal their hurts and hearts.

5 things to note about Abuse
Yote Tisa, the Tenth one is that
Femicide is real GBV is real and it’s even among believers. An abusive man ( or woman) does not have a tattoo on their foreheads.
Emotional abuse has deeper scars than physical abuse
Financial abuse comes is very subtle. Please have an income
All your friends cannot be wrong and bad influence to you. KEEP YOUR FRIENDS, do not be isolated.
Am still learning that Ekueme Song
